Sleek, timeless, and unforgettable - the Tumbler Corner gives your guests a premium keepsake they can use every day. Each insulated tumbler is engraved on-site with their name or chosen word, paired with your event’s pre-engraved logo for a personalized yet cohesive touch.

Package Inclusions

  • 350ml Insulated Tumblers (per guest)
  • On-site Laser Engraving of names/words
  • Pre-engraved Logo on all tumblers
  • Choice of Tumbler Color
  • Elegant Box Packaging for each tumbler
  • 2–3 Uniformed Staff to assist guests and manage personalization
  • 4-Hour Service Time (exclusive of ingress/egress)

No Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to event cancellation, postponement, venue or schedule changes, or non-performance of any part of this agreement.

Event Rescheduling & Venue Changes

Changes to the event date or venue require a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice prior to the original event date.

Rescheduling and venue changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Service Duration

Each booking includes a 4-hour service window, exclusive of ingress and egress.

To ensure timely completion, personalization requests will be accepted only until 45 minutes before service end time.

Overtime Charges

Any extension beyond the agreed 4-hour service will be charged at ₱1,000 per hour, subject to the availability of staff and materials.

Unclaimed Items

All unclaimed or unused items at the conclusion of service will be turned over to the event organizer.

Ben & Bart will not be responsible for the distribution or safekeeping of items once service has ended.

Delays During the Event

Ben & Bart will not be held liable for delays caused by the client, event flow, or guests, including but not limited to:

  • Late arrival of guests
  • Guests failing to present or presenting claim stubs late
  • Any other disruptions beyond our team’s control

By booking with Ben & Bart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.

Important Booking Information

Rates indicated are applicable for Metro Manila venues only.

For events outside Metro Manila, out-of-town fees will apply.

Once your booking has been confirmed, our team will reach out to finalize:

  • Event theme and design details
  • Applicable out-of-town fees (if any)
  • Required permits
  • Other event-specific requirements
