Price: 1,450 PHP per figurine
Please upload your reference photo for the personalized figurine using the attachment button. The photo is preferably full-body as we will use it as a reference for your figurine. For cropped photos (e.g., no feet), our artist will have creative freedom to add suitable shoes for the figurine.
Pets are welcome and will be counted as one figurine.
Please settle payment within 48 hours after order is placed and send a photo or screenshot of your payment receipt via email - shop@benandbart.com
Don't forget to include your name and order number on the email.

Once shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email and the courier's tracking website so you can track the status of your shipment.
Shipping Policy
- Please be advised that payment is strictly non-refundable for any shipping delays.
- Shipping time may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Some areas might be out of JRS' delivery area. For uncovered areas, this will be shipped to the nearest JRS branch for pick-up. We will send a text message in any case that your order falls under this category.
To maintain the quality of our products, we do not allow returns or exchange.
However, if you received a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it and shoulder any shipping costs that should incur. Please be advised that Ben & Bart will not be held liable for any damages on product packaging/gift wrapping/paper bag.
